There are stages in the production of mesh polypropylene bags:
Step 1: We match the materials according to the customer's requirements. You can choose either virgin or recycled material.
Step 2: The raw material is extruded to produce the silk threads required for the production of mesh bags. During this process we control the thickness and colour of the thread according to the customer's colour and grammage.
Step 3: The process of weaving mesh bags.
Step 4: We systematically check the woven mesh to ensure that the product is up to scratch.
Step 5: This process involves cutting, stringing, knotting and printing labels, which are further processed according to the different needs of the customer.
Step 6: Progress packaging according to the customer's requirements.
Step 7: Packed mesh bags are shipped to the warehouse for storage.
Step 8: Loading and transportation.
